Dairy free / no sugar added amazake dressing

This recipe is really simple and great for summer salads. The dressing gets its rich flavour from amazake which also adds a bit of natural sweetness. Bonus: it's low in fat and probiotic too!


  • 1 cup amazake
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil


  1. put all ingredients in a jar and close the lid
  2. shake the jar
  3. serve on your favourite salad
