Dairy free / no sugar added amazake dressing
This recipe is really simple and great for summer salads. The dressing gets its rich flavour from amazake which also adds a bit of natural sweetness. Bonus: it's low in fat and probiotic too!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup amazake
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- put all ingredients in a jar and close the lid
- shake the jar
- serve on your favourite salad
